Where we are going… Blog #2
Well it has been a big week here at Cheryl’s. We got the official word from VS that they
have decided not to make specialty bras. ( IE: Nursing or mastectomy)
because the women they employee are trained to help women of all sizes get
properly fitted in the Bras that they already carry. That’s bull…LOL… my husband has been turned
away at two different VS when he asked if they had bras for women that have had
Breast Cancer.
That’s how we got here…he started looking for a comfortable
bra for me not willing to believe that a comfortable/Sexy bra for us
didn't exist. Best he was able to do was
a sports bra from one of the Cancer Association.
I’m sure we have all used these! Fine for everyday use but let’s be honest not
what you want under your Sexy Black dress!
Our after surgery options aren’t any better…
These Bras are more medical equipment then bras…Big, Bulky, constricting...not exactly what you want your man to find you in either...
There is definitely a need out there and we want to help as
many women as we can!
Today we picked out our Company Shirts and worked out a deal
with the Jacksonville Relay for Life group to be a part of their April Charity
Fundraising Event! Our Twitter Following is growing and growing! Yesterday our FB page got its first outsider "Like"! Big Things are happening here! I
hope Cheryl is watching and proud of what we are trying to do!
